uploading photos to facebook

New to mac

Have a 2012 MBP that's running the latest OS

How do I upload to facebook theres no upload option or anything when browsing photos from icloud etc

go to your profile and click the text that says "add photo"

Direct OS integration with Facebook, Twitter etc has been removed.

tried that obviously lol

pictures that are on MacBook from ios integration with iPhone don't appear in the list to upload

iPhoto for mac ? > Upload (Your iPhone should be syncing with your mac) If it doesn't then turn it on.
