Uploads to Youtube have stopped.

It's been a few days now, my Uploads using IE7, Firefox and Opera have stopped, on step 2, I click upload and it starts but nothing happens, they just sit there, I left them overnight as well, and the text doesn't work on other Videos either.

If you can't see the vids, you can't see whats happening out there. Just like 14 years ago when there were no mobiles or T'internet.

Uploads usually take 1-5 minutes per MB on a high-speed connection, and converting your video takes a few minutes.

Your video is limited to 10 minutes and 1024 MB.

My Video is defiantly small and short, I was asking if they use a grand total, like a lot of broadband suppliers do.

No they don't afaik. Many people host lots of 10min clips.

I've uploaded one tonight and it was only about 2MB... took forever to get working - a few times it said it failed to convert, once it finally did, it took 2 hours to get on my vlog and on my page

I've had that exact same problem. I've tried both the new and old versions of the uploader but nothing. It only happened with my new PC - Vista 64.

Yeah, you used to be able to apply for a directors account if you made lots of your own videos or something. They have a much higher length limit, but are impossible to get now.

Now the text doesn't work either, its a new month as you all know, so it not a monthly thing.
