What do you reckon of this U/L split i've come up with?

Upper A (4x6)
Dips
Arnold DB Press
Bent Over Row
Chins

Upper B (3x8-12)
Inc DB Press
Bent Over DB Lateral Raise
Close Grip Bench Press
EZ curls

Lower

Hungarian Leg Blast (Basically squatting with 30% of 1RM for 2 minutes, builds up to 8minutes as weeks go on)
Leg Ext
Leg Curl
Calf Raises

Gave the back longer to recover rather than hitting in hard in both Uppers as it takes a bit longer to recover than other muscles, and the lower back will get getting worked with a fair bit of squatting.

Basically going for some big movements in upper a, with slightly lower reps and then the more isolated exercises at slightly higher reps on the second day.

Routine runs as follow...

Upper1
Lower
Upper2
Lower
Upper1

and so on....

Top Bottom
