i currently have an overclocked i5-3570k 4.5ghz, on a
MSI Z77a-g43
with 8GB of 2133mhz GEIL evo memory and a
780ti

SSD ETC
27 - 144hz gsysnc acer monitor

im looking for a better setup to start streaming without a 2nd pc any advice what hardware upgrades i will need

If you want some extra cores easily then you could always drop an i7 into your board and then get a 980ti. If you shop about and keep eyes on the 2nd hand market that would work in your budget

That won't give him more cores, but yeah hyperthreading will help.

X99 5820k setup for that kind of money.
