UPS Access Point - Click & Collect

Well my invoice says delivered to my home address but a small note below says ups collection point or whatever it is. I'm hoping it's been delivered to the shop I specified and not my home cos then I'll have a please collect from ups depot card which if shut by the time I get back from Ireland will annoy me a great deal. If delivered to the ups point it won't be an issue.

Edit, just received an email from ups saying it's at my chosen access point so I'll stop whining. Better late than never. :)

Arrived ok, just wasn't informed until late due to the guy being a bit rusty with protocol taking deliveries from UPS and not scanning it, which tells me via email then It's been delivered.

The package was half open which was concerning but not quite enough to get the graphics card box out. Not sure if the shop owner looked in it, the UPS guy or it just came loose. The main thing is it works ok, as far as I can tell since I'm using it right now.

Good idea, only to get better once shopkeepers have taken a few deliveries.
 
Do UPS provide tracking numbers for this? I haven't received anything from OcUK to figure out where in the delivery chain my order is.

You would be emailed a tracking number when the order has been dispatched. :)

What is your order number?

Wasn't complaining if it wasn't dispatched yet, just a bit confused as the website said it was dispatched yesterday but I never got a tracking email just an invoice. Order no: OC1743571.

As the person above said, the invoice mentions your home shipping address not the UPS Access Point you picked so you might want to change that.
 
It is being delivered to the Access Point today, if you check your emails there should be a tracking number there. (If not please message me in the CS forum and I can provide it for you there).

Where it says home shipping address please can you provide me a screenshot and post it in the Customer Service section here please:

Worked beautifully for me yesterday.

Had an issue before christmas with 1st class delivery as you need a signature on delivery and of course not being at home it gets sent to the delivery office meaning I have to get it on Saturdays and of course I lost my red card, so had to ask for re-delivery for it to fail so I could get red carded again! :p

UPS Access point is across the road, and open till 11pm. Lovely.
 
I'm currently waiting on an order going to my UPS access point. I phoned CS at 1pm today and the person said the delivery was out on the road and gave me the UPS tracking code which doesn't work on the UPS site.

So i figured it should be there by now but i've not heard anything so far and the shops shuts at 7.30.

If anyone from CS is still at the office and has access to the system my order number is: OC1744964.

No chance! I prefer DPD free shipping delivery to my house. I had no problem with it. Blimey my last order with ocuk a year ago today (Order Date: 9 Jan, 13, 10:55 am) sorry ocuk as I got everything what I need. ;)

Sweet a local Brantano store is one which is like a 10 minute walk down the road and if we can get it so that it's free to forum members then that deserves a massive Homer Simpson woohoo!

Just keeps saying 'Please choose a UPS access point' when I hit step 4 'Continue'. Access Point selected from map as per steps on first page. Tried IE and Firefox - is it just me?
 
Nice idea! One in town for me, open 6am to 10pm, ideal! I usually pick a day I'm off work or get it delivered to work though :)

Are you clicking the picture of the shop you want i was haveing that problem kept going round in circles until i realised i wasent selecting the shop
 
You need to select the shop you want it delivering too, otherwise the parcel will not get to you, as they have no idea which shop it needs to be delivered to. :)
