UPS Access Point - Click & Collect

You need to select the shop you want it delivering too, otherwise the parcel will not get to you, as they have no idea which shop it needs to be delivered to. :)

Couldn't they just deliver a parcel to EVERY access point - then I could decide later where to collect from, depending on if I'm at work, home, visiting friends, on holiday etc.

PS I saw the title and thought someone had combined an Uninterruptible Power Supply and a Wireless Access Point.

On the whole, I think the parcel delivery/collection is a better idea, even if they only deliver to one place.

They have thousands of access points, if you are willing to buy a product from us thousands of times, and have them delivered to the different thousands of access points. :p

And then collect them all. ;)

Apart from that small technical detail, it was a great idea. :o

Back to the drawing board, and my secret Uninterruptible Power Supply / Electric Can Opener hybrid device for mountaineers.

I did say in my post I followed the steps provided, of course I selected a shop, in fact I tried several around my area. The picture of the shop and it's full address details is then shown in place of the map and I enter my mobile number. The message then appears when I press continue.

I also have the same issue tonight, checkout, select the UPS collection point, my usual shop, and then on continue says please select UPS collection point, though it shows I already have, as I have before....

Are you sure it's working correctly? I'm constantly getting prompted with "Please give a valid mobile number or check "Don't set mobile" when selecting the FREE SHIPPING UPS Access Point.

Do I have to sort that out before I Checkout then orrrr? Still getting the same message :(

Ignore me. There must be some sort of restrictions on my work PC. Order placed on my mobile dog-n-bone :)

be warned, if you live in essex, some of my smaller collection points for hermes and collect plus etc have moaned and are refusing to accept the larger boxes due to storage. not sure if it's for ups but i had an annoyed shop owner after i got some stuff of the members market.

It is for small items only. It isn't for bulk orders. :)

Just put in an order and was going to try the UPS system .... however only got given list of newsagents etc as pick up points - I thought could also select the local UPS depot as pickup point but that didn't appear. So chose RM instead.

Also, was intending to order a Powercolor 270x devil but sadly since I looked this afternoon its gone up in price + seems no longer to have BF4 (though in some places its still described as coming with BF4 + Ruby) ... so my arguments to justify why I ought to buy it have also gone :-( .... maybe its just gone up so that it can appear as a better deal on TWO tomorrow!

Is there a plan to get this added to free forum postage/is it already? I'm not eligible obviously but I've only just really started posting, and that would sure sweeten the deal :)
