UPS Delivery Failures

UPS were supposed to deliver my repaired Xbox 360 today and according to the tracking service no-one was in.

I was in fact in all day and didn't even have any music on so not to miss them! UPS say they are going to try and deliver again tomorrow but i feel the same thing will happen.

I have checked the address so the muppets must be trying to deliver to the wrong address as my street name is very similar to another one in the town.

Tried ringing them but the system is automated and i can't get through to an operator.
Anybody have any ideas or know what there policy is on undelvered packages, e.g how many times they try to deliver?

As far as I'm aware its up to three times (unless its from Apple).

Have but can't find delivery policies, thats not my main concern though, just want to know what happens if delivery fails three times, i guess they return to sender?

RTS is standard policy with most couriers. Where is the local depot? Don't they have human CS agents?

I'm in the middle of getting my 360 rma'd and i called UPS on Tuesday to arrange collection and they said they would collect it the same day....waited till thursday then phoned up again to be told they would pick it up on friday. They came today and picked it up but first impressions of UPS aren't good
