UPS Import Fee question

Urgh, I can be doing without this today

I placed an order with Fanatec a few months ago for a few bits (see sig) which is now with UPS for delivery. I've just had four emails come through, each one with a different tracking number asking for £120.66 import fee (shipped from Germany, thanks Brexit).

The total order was in euros, but works out around £800. I think the £120.66 should be for the entire shipment, not each parcel.

I've tried ringing UPS, but after 30mins speaking to three different people who kept putting me back to the menu I gave up.

Looking online, UPS pay the tax and then you pay UPS. If it's £486.64 I don't want it, but where on earth do I stand if I owe UPS the money.

I've tried emailing UPS, twitter lol and emailed fanatec

any ideas?

Is the shipment a single box/parcel or 4 different boxes/parcels?

I’ve had FedEx do the same in the distant past on a shipment to U.K. from H.K. which had items from 2 different orders in the 1 box and the customs fee was the same one both emails.

Just the one fee to be paid.

I guess it's four parcels as I have four tracking numbers, four emails and four lots of £120.66
