I am looking for a UPS to protect my PC from brown outs I have been getting lately.
What I have read online is that some Simulated sine wave UPSs don’t work very well in this situation which is a shame as they are the best value.
Does anyone have some real-life experience with SSW that would contradict this?
I am thinking about buying a Cyberpower VALUE2200EILCD Value Series UPS due to the 1320W output.
Power supply is a EVGA Supanova 1600 gold which is only 90% efficient Which drops the maximum load of my PC can only be 1188W or less. 520W for GPU and 280W for CPU leaving 388W for everything else.
I would welcome any suggestions for an alternative.
