Waiting on an rma from western digital have the tracking number and so far the delivery date has been changed 3 times. First the 27th, then the 30th and now april 1st (hurr hurr). Most annoying part of this is the actual depot is only about 20 minutes away and it arrived there last night.

Is it possible to go pick this up or will i have to wait on the package taking a 6 day trek to travel about 9 miles? I know parcel force you can pick things up but i think they have to attempt delivery first.

Call them, it will take years to get through the automated answer system, but you should be able to collect without a problem. At a previous job we often collected at 11pm for urgent stuff we needed, but that otherwise would be with us some time the next day. Depends how helpful the depot is though. Ask nicely

Don't know, but I nearly got killed by those dodgy looking UPS vans. Driving down a dual carrageway behind one of them and there rear doors flung open throwing large packets and a pallet off the back which i avoided!

Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole
