Hi People

Does anyone know of a upscaling lead that will work with the Playstation Vr headset.

I know the headset has a fixed resolution, but have been looking on youtube for a way to sharpen or clean up the image. Upscaling may be a way foreword, unfortunately the one I liked the look of (Seiki) is now not available in the USA or UK.

This one is also an option,

The problem is when I went to Amazon some people say it works, some say it’s a waste of time. e.g

I have used this with ps4 and to be honest...... money well wasted!!!!!! cont see the different at all and I switched from stander HDMI to U-Vision HDMI. a rip off. DON

Didn't upgrade to 4k but it did improve the quality of the image. Personally I thought I got value from that alone.

So I figure the Overclockers community may help. If someone is using something that works and shows an improvement would you please post a link, thanks.

Yeah a cable alone isn't going to magically upscale the image from 1080p to 4K. All that cable is one that has been certified as UHD ready (not that it makes much difference in practical application).

Up scaling will either be handled by the system (PS4) or TV (if you have a 4K TV it will (picture option dependant) upscale a 1080p image to 4K).
