UPS's and connected device bootups?

I'm looking at defining a sequence of boot ups for various servers in my homelab should a power failure occur. The ideal sequence would be unRAID server (socket 1), xenserver 1 (Socket 2), xenserver 2 (Socket 3) etc.

Can a UPS do this including timings such as socket 2 getting power 200s after socket 1?

Can UPSs do this?

Not sure about a UPS that can do this but can you change the boot loader timeouts to do the same thing?
