UPUP / Hack Issue

1) I noticed that in the "UPNP" tab of my netgear router that there was a UDP protocol entry in the port map table. And on another day it was there again but with a different port number and there were actually two entries with different ports. What is this all about; is this a security risk/hack? The only UPUP thing i used to see was for utorrent.

2) What also worries me is that the Semantec online scan does not work for me now; it says "The following checks did not run due to an error on the server. Please try again later" when it always used to work. I tired Mozilla and IE. Could someone test it and see if the issue is with there end please? I have found nothing with Malkwaerbytes or Avast http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/home.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=21&pkj=FOUWBXUQIZQVMUYTACD

3) Also are there any other online / port / network-based scanners to check for hack-based vulnerabilities as opposed to in-operating system scanners like avast?

Thanks

1) Is there a way to find out what program/device this is; since i have not added any new devices or anything.

2) How would i set up port forwarding?

3) Can some test the symantec online scanner to see if it works for them please. Also any recommendations for network-security scanners i could use?

Thanks
