UPVC front door Handle replacement (unsprung to sprung)

Hello,

I am looking to replace my front door handle, i have all the required measurements, but the current handle is "Unsprung"

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace an unsprung to a sprung handle?

There seems to be more of a variety for the sprung versions.
