Urgant help needed windows 10 Users

For past few weeks ive been trying to remove windows 10 login screen:confused:, Today I messed up Ive managed to change my account to USER now most apps i try to open inc programs to do with windows which ask me for permission,It simply wont allow me to ALLOW Its shaded out and only give me option NO.

Im in a jam really need to get out thx.
 
Honistly I do not know what I did i typed in netplwiz looking to try to disable my windows 10 login screen as im fedup putting in my password as im only user.
Now everytime i open a program it wants acsess but only gives me option to No.
tryed restarting logging in as i normally do still get same problem.

Well because some reason it took all admin rights away from me.. I couldnt do a proper safe mode old fashion way.
Then i looked up that if you Hold Shift key then press restart pc this enables differnt kind of options before restart. System restore image recovery ect ect. Then there was a option to reboot offering me safe mode option Dos mode ect ect.
This was option i chose ask me login to admin mode when prompted for password I simply pressed enter skipped it Something Windows wouldnt let me Do, then it created a admin login,launched windows first time from Admin login then I went into UAC User Account changed my account from public to admin.
Now got back full controll.
