Urgent: Calling abroad

I need to get hold of my parents in Germany, does anyone know of there is a way to call a UK mobile abroad without money being taken from their mobile?

There's no money on the phone

Dumb question, if they know it costs them to receive, and the phone has no credit, why take it abroad?

Alternatively, add some credit for them with your credit/debit card.

It doesn't have credit any more
