Hi! Parents have got me updating their machine from 98SE to XP Pro. Hardware all seems fine, apart from the 56k modem, which I need to get working before they'll get me Broadband.
Anyhow, an XP Driver for a "PCTel V.90 K56Flex HSP PCI Modem" please. I looked on DriverGuide and found one that claims to support XP, but doesn'y seem to have a logical installer.
TIA (Back on 98 for now

Extract the contents of the zip file into a folder. Then go into Device Manager and double click on the modem (which will have a yellow exclamation mark next to it) - choose update driver, then tell Windows you will choose the driver. Then point it at the folder you just extracted, select the appropriate file and you're done.
