Urgent Help! Blank Screen!

Okay. Here's the story.

I disconnected my DVI cable which connects to my computer whilst the computer was on but the screen was off. Went to plug it back in literally 5 minutes later and apparantly, no signal detected? So I restart my computer to see if that makes a difference. All looks well, motherboard logo appears, then the Windows loading logo appears, its looking better, but as soon as Windows loads the screen goes black, and the blue light starts flickering just before it says no input detected.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm really clueless what to do!

Sounds like windows doesn't know the monitor is there. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable once windows has loaded.

safe mode with VGA (F8 during bootup choose from options) - set res, reboot...
