URGENT HELP!!! Hacking into my Comp?

hey, I was watching a dvd on my comp when my mouse started lagging. I heard dialling and I heard a woman saying "Welcome to Vodaphone, you're on the smartplus price plan". does anyone know what has happened here? It's freaking me out. I rebooted my comp and the same thing happened.

I'd first suggest disconnecting any dialup modems.

On second thoughs why the hell do you have a modem connected, jesus i thought we'd left dialup in the stoneage where it belongs
