Can someone please help me. I've bought an LG L227WT Monitor for my Mac Pro (budget option). In short, I completely forgot about the Drivers, and on the install disc, there are no options for Mac OS drivers (checked on PC).

Will I have to return the Monitor? I need the drivers installed to be able to alter 'Clock' and "Phase' settings in the screen menu.

Just checked the LG site, and there is no software for ANY LG monitor for OS X .

Couldn't you boot in to Windows and install the software there? Would it apply it globally?

Damn it.

I don't think that would work. Windows essentially acts as a dual-boot utility.

I'll have to send the monitor back (bought from Ocuk). Feel so gutted about it, its only a minor thing but still.

Anyone know how I'd refund or replace this monitor (for a Dell) under the Distance Selling Act?

In short, the problem you are having has nothing to do with monitor drivers. Post pictures of the problems and we'll try and figure it out.

I've repackaged the monitor now :)

After reading ppl's comments I realise that I was over-reacting. But I think I'll send the LG back and replace with a 22" Dell that everyone seems to be using (with Macs) as it has a better stand.

Cheers everyone anyway, put my mind to rest. If I keep the LG, I'll post pictures then to sort out tearing/artifacts.

Just me panicking really though.
