Urgent help needed between 2 panels

Hey guys,

Ready to buy a monitor right now. I'm coming from a 24" 1080p Ilyama PROLITE E2481HS-B1. Wanted to make the jump to 1440p and have narrowed it down to these two monitors:

AOC AG241QG AGON Series Monitor
-

24-inch display
NVIDIA G-Sync, 165Hz refresh, 1ms response time
2560x1440
AOC Flicker Free Technology to reduce eye strain and fatigue

AOC AG271QX.
-

27-inch display
AMD Free-Sync technology, 144Hz refresh, 1ms response time
2560x1440

Monitor will be used exclusively for gaming/web browsing, so happy with a TN panel. Card is a GTX 1080, will there be any difference between the NVIDIA G-Synca and the AMD Free-sync?

Thanks for any help. My monitor knowledge is very limited.

Nvidia cards - G-sync only.

So freesync won't work with an nvidia card right? So unless your buying an amd card to go with that freesync monitor you are down to a choice of one..

free sync wont work but all the other features will still work
