urgent help needed cant send email to certain person?

Hi, I am trying to email CSl to cancel my couch, they need it in writing or email. I have been trying for the last few days but they keep coming back as failed. I am using outlook to send the email.

Here is the report. Can you advise what I need to do to be able to send emails to everyone, as it seems like something is blocking it?

The server used for sending emails has probably been used by someone to send spam and has then ended up on the barracuda reputation blacklist. You would likely need to complain to whoever it is you use for emails and they would need to then go to barracuda to try and get removed from the blacklist.

A workaround would be to send the email from a different account.
 
I think Phantom is correct in that the email domain you are sending from is blacklisted by Barracuda. Send from a gmail or hotmail account instead.
