if you want help then stop posing links to other threads and lay everything out in one post with full details of the issues.
all your saying is that nothing works, by which i understand that its not powering on, so try different power cable/fuse and then different power supply etc.

Everything is powering on but there is no display output as one of my isues.

The monitor has been working so far until last night after I restarted after installing Ubuntu 12. Now there is no output to the display, not even a BIOS. The GPU fans are working.

I have swapped the GPU out with one from my main PC inc the monitor and cable. The output is very fuzzy like this: https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=8d80e1695f4c469a&id=8D80E1695F4C469A!69644&sff=1. In this setup I can get to the BIOS fine.

The mystery deepens. I changed the PCi slot to 16-2 and it was fine. Then I had to restart and no display output again. Tried a swap and still nothing. I have clared the CMOS and removed the battery a number of tiems.

Well this is a bundle I bought which was tested tested it prior to shipping so i assumed there is no hardware fault.

Start from the beginning.

Strip the machine to just motherboard, ram and CPU. Does it boot and do you get video from the motherboard video connection.

Also, take out the CPU and check the socket pins as I have had a board with a number of things not working and producing strange results only to find that a couple of CPU socket pins were bent. Dodgy video and PCIe slots not working correctly were two things that went wrong.

If it is working fine with the CPU, ram and motherboard only and the pins in the CPU socket look fine then try adding the video card. Slot PCIe ,16_1 is listed as the optimum place to put it.
