Urgent Help Needed, Please

My Viewsonic monitor(VX924) has packed up and I am being offered 2 different replacements.

The annoying thing is that the slightly higher spec cannot be delivered until Jan, but the 1935WN could be here before Christmas.

How much of a difference would the higher spec make?

I would take the first screen.
Better contrast ratio, viewing angles pixel pitch and a quick response plus a more normal aspec ratio, the second one is a little unusual and I personally wouldn't bother with it.
