hi guys i need help badly my sister has ntl broadband and all of a sudden she cant get at her new emails she gets an error saying "type in password" and server does not recognise password , the problem is that her kid mainly uses the PC and they are going on Holiday in afew days and she cant excess the flight details -- can anyone help please: :confused:

Choose cable or adsl and select your area to see if there is an email problem

You should still be able to cancel the password box and read email already received

im going to have a look at it tonite , she can get on the net ok just outlook express

had a quick look at the pc it is outlook express that seams to be the problem with it asking for her log in details ie user name and password and it does not like the password and fails to d/load the new emails ie is ok :confused:

got it sorted , it was a problem with the password on the ntl server .
