Urgent help needed!

Right, I've got a problem

In Turkey, using a european plug and half of my converter has gotten stuck in the plug hole

I can't just pull it out, as I'll get a shock

So, I'm assuming that if I use some sort of insulator to pull it out, It'd be okay? Will plastic work?

If the latter, turn off the power.

If the former, go spend a few quid on a new one and report it.

Edit: just used a plastic hairband and it worked.
