URGENT - Help Required

Following on from where I have to take my license and insurance certificate to the police heres what it says on the insurance certificate.

PERSONS OR CLASSES OF PERSONS ENTITLED TO DRIVE

(A) For demonstration, tuition or official test.

(i) The Policyholder or any partner or director of the Policyholder or any person in the Policyholder's employment in connection with the Business who is driving on the order of or with the permission of the Policyholder.

(ii) Any other person provided such person is driving with the permission of the Policyholder and is accompanied by any person entitled to drive as described in (i) above or by an Official Examiner.

Right, now I'm sure I'm covered as it does say "Any other person provided such person is driving with the permission of the Policyholder"

but what makes me doubt is that it says "and is accompanied by any person entitled to drive as described"

so does that mean I would only be covered if I was driving whilst someone else who works for my Dad was in the car? I had permission to drive the car.

Yes as I understand it you can only drive the car if you are accompanied by your dad or someone that works for/with your dad

Yes. You need to be accompanied. If not you are shafted unless you were driving in connection with the business.

The main point A) is "For demonstration, tuition or official test". It was none of these

As it happens when the lady took the certificate and license into another room to fill a form in I did fart and it STANK!

That's beer farts for you

And yes they deemed me as insured, so for now, I'm still legal
