URGENT HELP REQUIRED

UPDATE !!!

Found a cheap HDMI PCIe Card lying in a box. Installed and Now get Screen Display.

I then. Restarted, installed the Sapphire Tri-x again and got display, however it was stuck in 600*480 resolution

i tried to install AMD drivers, as soo as this happened, black screened again and no display on restart.

repeated the above steps and same happened.

Does this sound like a Dead GPU?
 
Try installing catalyst drivers on the cheap card, then insert the sapphire and restart.
Was the card or bios modded?
 
Which version of windows are you using? Have you reset bios (with battery pull as well) and disabled all fast/secure boot options relating to Windows 8.x and set options to Force bios on option ROMs?
