URGENT HELP!

whenever i click on my doc's or my computer or try to get into control panel i keep getting the same message

anybody else had this before and how can i solve it

Switch off DEP? Right click on My Computer - Properties - Advanced - Performance Settings and click on the Data Execution Prevention tab
