urgent help

hi, got a pc in at work, the mobo has died. its a media centre one so is a pain. basically i have hunted the internet and cant find anything that matches the criteria.
it needs :
to be matx
have 3 pci and 1 pci-e slots
have atleast 2x usb connectors and 1x firewire connectors
be socket 775

think thats it, can find loads but none have firewire sockets.

ouch, thats not cheap. did just find a Asus P5B-VM DO mobo which appears to have everything, i think.

edit : mine only has 2 pci slots

might have to leave out their modem, sure no one still uses them.

Ah, sorry, missed that requirement. Cheapest option is probably going to be to include the firewire as an addon, it's less and less common these days.

cant do that as they need all the pci slots, its a pain, hate media centre pcs
