!URGENT! I cant order "Δ Address Line 1 contains invalid characters."

Help meee!
after months of choosing components i have finally picked everything and i am about to order but i cant because when i try to save changes to the delivery address a error message comes up saying

"Δ Address Line 1 contains invalid characters."

AHHH! :eek:

the first line of the address is "Unit C3(3) Centre Court"

How am i going to order? :confused:

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Remove the bracket? Try "Unit C3 3 Centre Court"

It's likely to still get there ok.

i thought that but was worried that it might get delivered to C33 =/

put in a few spaces so that its not easily confused with C33 then.

can you include commas? "Unit C3, 3 Centre Court

Im gonna go with C3-3. <<-- this strangely works but brackets dont
I have included the company name so that should be a guide the delivery person on their way, just in case ^^

christ, i put McAlisters newsagent 5A.... on my orders and the delivery people still try to deliver to the flats above my shop which is 5. which part of "Newsagent" gives away where to deliver to?

Ask OcUK support to properly escape their inputs. Its personally a source of great annoyance with me with the surname O'Malley when 25% of web devs are either to ignorant or lazy to handle the fact that it is possible to have an ' in the name.
