Urgent(ish) help needed

Wifes phone has quite a few photos of our twins before they came out of hospital and some centermental photos on it, however she has never saved or got them printed out. Now her phone is broken, well some of the buttons I can turn on bluetooth and so I thought YAY, so goto the CPW and get a bluetooth adaptor £30 but hey its worth it..

Now i have a problem I can download anything all i can do is upload to the phone and I cant get into the phone properly to send them to the PC

So can anyone tell me of a adaptor and/or program that will let me download off a samsung D500 phone without having to do anything on the phone except acept the connection

Any help would be wonderful!

Can't you send the pictures as MMS to another phone to then d/l, or email them from the phoen (assuming you can with what buttons you have left):

edit: If you want to send them to me I'll d/l and email them back if thats anyhelp?

I was thinking of that but its hard to get the pics into the msg plus there are 140 photos :eek:

Take out the memory card inside the phone and put it in your card reader.

cant you hook the phone up to the pc via a data cable?

does it not connect to pc via a usb connection, and thus would appear as 'device with removeable storage'?

Then all you would need is the phone to be on and you could get your pictures.

I would imagine you'd have more luck with a data cable than with bluetooth as that should (assuming the samsung software is even the slightest bit useful) allow you to explore the phone and copy files as necessary.

However, I don't know that for certain, hopefully someone can come along and confirm or deny it as necessary.

If not, the email option is going to be your best bet unfortunately.

didnt come with a usb lead..

However I've done it!!

Theres no option in the programs to do it but if you go through the file tree folders you can drop and them out :confused:

Nope, o2 shops won't touch anything to do with o2 online.
