Urgent issue windows 7 install

Hi all. I recently upgraded my mobo ram and cpu. Since then I haven't been able to boot windows. It just goes into a loop. I can't even get it in safe mode. As a work around I was willing to install a fresh Windows. It gets to the first screen where you select region and keyboard style etc but I can't move mouse drop down or anything it just hangs on that screen. Tried multiple disks now. If I put a fresh hard drive in wiped could I expect it to install no problems or am I likely to expect the hanging to persist?

So basically get either a ps/2 m&k set or adaptors to install windows? Guess it'll finally get me a fresh Windows so I don't loop XD

Slight problem....the B450 doesn't have ps/2 connectors. What the hell can I do?

Is there anything I could do like with qflash to download the drivers?

What about putting my old hardware back in uninstall all the drivers and install the new drivers and then put the new hardware in?

I've got USB peripherals. It won't let me navigate around the installation screen

Same with USB2 it doesn't move around though the device is lit up

Yes the mouse and keyboard work in bios. I'm guessing Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 it wont give me the grief what the Windows 7 launcher does?

I took the plunge to windows 10 and I'm up and running now. Thanks for the help guys!
