urgent malware help needed

I think my pc has a virus bad malware. It's been fine and suddenly just now it started going crazy. Not downloaded anything at all, have no idea what has caused it. Chrome just goes crazy when I open it with pop ups. I have tried several malware programs and nothing even detects it. Kasperskey doesn't detect anything. What can I do? Running win 10 if that helps.
 
Yer I sorted the password issue but will a factory reset get rid of any malware. I was thinking about reinstalling windows anyway so it wouldn't be to inconvenient to me.
 
I reinstalled windows and although the insane pop ups have stopped I can no longert access any secure websites. I just get messages in every browser saying insecure connection. After a google search I found that It might be malwear related.
I have once again ran malwarebytes in normal and safe mode but it doesnt see anything. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
 
I did reinstall the os but I'll try that combo fix to make sure. I just disabled private browsing on kesperskey and that seems to have solved the issue on Firefox but not chrome. Not sure now if it's malware or just security settings somewhere. The notice I get is saying that the websites have no security certificate.
