URLs in IP Board Forums

Hi,

I'm struggling to get this to work in IP Board forums.

On this, or phpBB forums, I'd type

Code:

  [ url=www.myurlhere.com]Click Here[/url]

to get this: Click Here

Can anyone please tell me how to do this in IPB without the code displaying as raw text? I've even tried using " and ' before and after the url and <a href> tags. Even my google-fu has let me down.

I'm just guessing here, but I'd imagine that in the settings somewhere is an option to enable BBCode?

You will need to log into the admincp and navigate to where you can edit BB code.

Thanks for the replies so far.

Perhaps I should've mentioned it's not my forum so I'm not an admin, just a user.

So is it a case of it could be absolutely anything and I should contact the forum admin?

What's the forum? BBCode might be turned off?
