US Hosting - Seattle based

Hi there,
Just a quick request - I'm looking for a recommendation for a US based host, specifically in Seattle.
I'm looking for shared and dedicated hosting options to host a .NET 4/MVC 3 website with a MySQL database back end.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS - it does have to be a Seattle based data centre.

What's your budget and space/bandwidth requirements? Also does it have to be dedicated options or are VPS OK?

We've used http://up2vps.com (VPS) and http://adhost.com (Shared + Dedicated) for Seattle based hosting, they've both been reasonably reliable (99.5% uptime was worst month so far).
