US Ps3 uk power lead?

Hey guys purchused a american ps3 3 months ago. Just wondering can i use a uk kettel lead in it or whats the alternatives as im sick of using an adaptor.

Standard UK PC (kettle) lead will do fine, although some advise to switch fuse from 13a to a 3a one. That's what I have on my Jap console and I have had no problems at all.

yeah just make sure you have the correct fuse in the plug as the ps3 has a universal power supply so all you need is a lead with the right plug for that region and thats that
