usb 3.0 header

Having built computers for a few years now I've never noticed the pin missing on the header, am i right in saying that it should have all but one pins as pictured?

the 2 small rectangles are usb 2, and yes they are meant to be 9 pin

EDIT -

usb 3 also has a missing pin - had to check as i'd never noticed before

Thanks for that yeah it was the usb 3 one that i was on about but i was struggling with my phone. Genuinely never noticed any of the missing pins before
