USB 3 NAS?

What i'd ideally like is a VDSL router+modem with a USB 3 NAS port on the side. Otherwise what would folks suggest as a good (but fairly cheap) USB 3 NAS with decent throughput?

Do you need single or dual bay?

Single bay

Synology DS112

Dual Bay

Synology DS212

Both have USB 3 ports and very good throughput. Not to mention fantastic build quality, the best software I ahve foudn on a NAS to date and teh ebst support compared to others.
