So i recently built my new PC and everything is great apart from the two USB 3 sockets on the case, no matter what i plug into them it always says usb device not recognised, the motherboard also has 4 usb 3 slots on the I/O panel and these all work perfectly, i just can't get the ones on the case to work

here's the case and motherboard i have,

YOUR BASKET
1 x ASRock Z77E-ITX Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard £123.98
1 x BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Cube Case - Arctic White £64.99
Total : £202.48 (includes shipping : £11.25).

checked that the cables from the front usb3 ports are actually connected?
Sometimes, though rarely they are not plugged into the front pcb/usb port

They are connected and enabled in the bios, whatever i plug in gets power just not recognised and driver fails to install, i am guessing its a driver error.

Well i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, got the newest ones from the link and it still refuses to recognise anything  at least i have 6 more on the I/O panel so i just won't bother with case ones :(
