Hi, there isn't much about this on the web, so I'm hoping some of you gurus can help me here. On my Motherboard, I went about installing a seperate card which has 2 USB ports on it. I opened the case to find there are 3 blue connectors to connect the USB wire. One being called "USB78" (which my front panel is connected to) , one being "USB910", and another being "USB1112". Now, are there any performance boosts between the 3? which one should I plug my card in which has 2 USB ports and Firewire Port, and which one should I put the front panel to? Thanks!

Nope.

Go with whichever connection is closest to the card or panel, or whichever allows for the tidiest wiring job. They're only numbered because everything has to be numbered, it's not as if one is going to get preferential treatment from the system.
