USB-C Hub

I've had a look on the forest as well as a few other places, but I cant find what I'm looking for, figured I cant be the only one, so lets see if you guys can find, or have used, what I want..

Simply, a USB-C hub for my laptop, or, not so simply..
Needs to plug into my laptops USB-C power, so needs to be PD so I can plug my laptops USB-C PSU into it.
Ethernet.
USB-A isn't a huge need as the laptop has 2x USB-A on it anyway.

However, the bit that makes what I need hard to find, the hub needs a second USB-C port on it that supports Display over USB-C so I can plug my external USB-C monitor in...

Anyone?

I had looked at that as we have a few Anker bits around the office, however...

'Media display is only supported via the HDMI port. This hub does not support media display via the USB-C ports, including when using a USB-C to HDMI cable, or USB-C to DisplayPort cable.'

Made me think it doesn't do what I want...

I'm on about straight USB-C into an external monitor with USB-C on the side of it, Asus something or other, cant remember the exact model..
