Can anyone recommend one?

It's for the Mrs Moto Z2 Play which I'm pretty sure uses the "PD" charging protocol.

I'm assuming if you get one that can charge up to 65w, which is waaaaay over what the phone can do, the software will negotiate down to whatever the max is?
 
Yup, it will limit itself to whatever is the bottleneck. The Z2 Play supports up to 15W so any PD charger will do. There was a Samsung 25W one floating around for cheap but no idea if it's still available. I'm personally using a mix of Anker and Ugreen GaN chargers now though with multiple USB ports, makes charging multiple devices much tidier.
 
I just bought a Belkin one with pd and upto 25w. Reasonable price. Happy enough.
