USB cable with multiple connection types?

For example, a single USB cable that branches out with multiple usb connection types that would fit my digital camera, mobile, mp3 player etc. Does this exist?

not as far as Im aware, but you could get a hub to act as the branch and use that to connect all the devices to one USB connection

There are USB cables that have interchangable heads, think they are usaully branded as portable cable solutions.
You wont be able to have one cable with loads of heads on it, how would the bus be able to address the hardware as seperate devices.

If you are short of USB ports, a USB hub is what you need.
