USB Controlled Fan Controller

Is there such a thing?

What I mean is, a fan controller that you can plug into an internal USB port and using software on your PC set fans speeds based on things like maybe CPU temperature, or a temperature probe reading?

Yeah I think the T-Balancer thing is what I'm looking for.

Essentially what I'm looking for is something that I can switch different fans on and off based on a temperature input, and independently ramp them up to full speed as the temperature increases.
