Do any of these actually work?
I've got one here that optimistically claims it will keep your cup of tea at 50-60 degrees. I've had a cup of water on it for 3 hours and its not even warm lol

Use no heatsink or a low profile one with no fan, perfect hotplate!
Acts as a heater in winter too! Bonus if the board works and you can get in the bios to overvolt the cpu to make things hotter! Just remember to keep the mug on there constantly as if you remove it for too long the cpu might go into thermal protection!
