I’d like a “small” usb dac that can drive Aryas .I remember seeing a small one here a while ago but just want to be sure it can drive Aryas.I think the one I saw here was about £100, thanks .

How small are we talking about here?

The Topping DX1 is pretty tiny and around the £80-100 mark, should have more than enough for the Arya's and it does sound good.

Actually after reading a little more , I went with the FII0 K11 R2R , it will go well with what I have .

That's how I started out, at least you skipped the portable DAC and saved yourself £100, if you are going to use it at your desk, might as well get a Desktop amp.

I’m getting this for headphones only ,it’s replacing a Cambridge audio one that I’ve had for years .I’ve got an Aiyma A80 with Sparkos op amps for my speakers ,so this is just for the Aryas .

K11 R2R is more than powerful enough to probably damage the Aryas or cause hearing damage if you crank up too high on max gain so all good there. An Ifi iPower2 power supply will give a small improvement to the sound as well, only £60 if you one day have a bit of expendable cash for an Amazon order.

Edit* Just seen y9ou got the A80 as well and the same OpAmps I had, wtf that's my setup from recent times
