usb device drivers?

hi

I have 4 usb connections on my windows 7 pc , ive always wondered when i put usb devices into the usb slots and it installs the device drivers , where i can find these drivers and delete them?

is it possible or even necessary , only wondering as i have so many old devices that have installed device drivers on them just wont to know if i can clear them if helps?

USBDeview will show and let you delete all the disconnected devices.

Just right click and uninstall.

If you have UAC enabled you will have to run as administrator.

If it wasn't downloading them then the drivers are just generic ones supplied with the OS and it wouldn't be advisable to remove them.
