USB Device Over Current Detected, wtf?

So i just got my new motherboard, Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi, connected it up and when i power on i get this message. WTF is that all about and how do i fix it?
I can't even get into the bios

help.

Just my mouse and keyboard but i did try booting without them.

EDIT I just googled for you and there maybe an bios update for it.

I've sorted it now

it was my case usb which caused it, lucky i dont use it

And i already used asus update :O lol, worked fine for me. Now to get some overclocking done me thinks

You guys think i can get about 3.2ghz on this board?
