USB Device Over Current Detected, wtf?

So i just got my new motherboard, Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi, connected it up and when i power on i get this message. WTF is that all about and how do i fix it?
I can't even get into the bios :( help.
 
I had this on an old AMD mobo.
I RMAed it.

Try google and you will get loads about this.

Are you using the built in USB ports on the back? Its happened to me when I incorrectly wired the case USB headers on he mobo.
 
DONT USE THE ASUS WINDOWS BIOS UPDATE
Valid warning, but is that possible when he can't even boot as far as bios ?

also.......what freakily similar accounts we have....joined within 3 days of each other and pretty much the same post count :s

I said that JUST incase he got into windows and tried it :D

Anyway better he knows now then posting back here another time.

I've sorted it now :D it was my case usb which caused it, lucky i dont use it :D
And i already used asus update :O lol, worked fine for me. Now to get some overclocking done me thinks :D
You guys think i can get about 3.2ghz on this board?
